Healthy Fastfood

As a sport woman, I care about my body and it starts with what I eat.
Today I present to you a home made gluten free pizza topped with:
  • persil and basilicum coulis
  • grilled yellow peppers
  • lactose free mozzarella
  • mushrooms
  • rucola
Pastry:
  • 100g gluten free flour
  • 150 g rice flour
  • 120 ml water
  • 8 g dry yeast
  • 1 spoon oil
